Introduction

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental condition that affects communication, social interaction, behaviour, and functional skills. Families, educators, and service providers are often overwhelmed by the vast amount of information and the wide range of treatment options available for ASD, many of which are confusing or contradictory. Making informed, evidence-based decisions is therefore essential for the effective rehabilitation and development of children with autism.

To respond to this critical need, Tanzeem-al-Lissan established the Institution of Functional Rehab of Autism Spectrum Disorder (IFRA) – Centre for Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2014. The Centre is dedicated to providing scientifically validated, evidence-based, and child-Centred interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

IFRA is recognized as one of the largest and leading providers of autism-specific interventions in Faisalabad, offering comprehensive services ranging from assessment and diagnosis to individualized treatment and long-term rehabilitation planning across the lifespan. Each child enrolled at IFRA receives highly individualized behavioural, educational, functional, and vocational programming based on their unique strengths, needs, and developmental profile.
